in-stock items will be shipped via u.s. postal service (usps) within 2 business days of the order date. for pieces that are not in-stock please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery (this lead time also applies to custom orders) as all our pieces are handmade and made to order.
we will send you an e-mail when you should expect to receive your piece.

we currently do not accept returns but do accept exchanges for purchases returned within 14 days of receipt. items need to be unworn and in its original condition. all packages must be carefully packaged protecting the piece and we highly recommend insuring the piece for its retail value. we are not responsible for pieces damaged or lost in transit.

all custom work orders are considered final sales
we will gladly perform repairs on all nishi jewelry purchases. please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the repair form that needs to accompany your return. there is a possibility of an added cost for the repair of your piece; however, we will always contact you first with an estimate.
