SHIPPING

Free shipping + insurance is offered on all Nishi jewelry shipped within the continental US. All jewelry is shipped via USPS priority mail with insurance and signature confirmation unless specified. All packages will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is received. In the event that the package is in customs, Nishi jewelry is not held responsible for any delays. Buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/vat tax/local tax that may apply.

RETURNS

Exchanges 

• Jewelry can be exchanged for an in-stock piece or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. Store credit does not expire. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All jewelry must be returned in its original condition.

Refunds

• Jewelry can be returned within 10 days of receipt with a 10% restocking fee charge for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping/insurance and the restocking fee). We offer complimentary sizing service for all rings, however, please note that this is considered a modification and the jewelry will be considered non-refundable/final sale.
